- Floor and Wall Tiling: Indoor floors all in marble. Terraces in non-slip ferro-stoneware tiles. Bathroom and kitchen walls in large-format ceramic tiles and decorative frieze. Built-in mirror in bathrooms.
- Outdoor Joinery: PVC. PVC automatic blinds in master bedroom, double glazing comprising 4mm outer leaf, 6mm air chamber, 4mm glass inner leaf. Sliding doors on terrace and tilt-turn windows in kitchen and bathrooms.
- Indoor Joinery: MD doors lacquered in white. Matt stainless steel hardware and handles. Wardrobes fully lined, with drawers and hanging rail, and sliding doors. Security front door with 3-bolt security lock.
